Our platform: Starboard, including its design, code, features, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without permission.

As the account owner, you are responsible for the testimonials displayed on your website through Starboard widgets. This includes:

We strive to keep Starboard available and reliable, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages from time to time. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary unavailability of the service.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases of severe violations.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at kirill@getstarboard.io. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starboard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of Starboard after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
